My name is Mark Sander, Founder of Errand Boy. I have been on a path to starting this business for 12 years since a family member became sick. During this time, I gained a lot of patient care champion experience and one day my family member said, "you're my Errand Boy."
Errand Boy consists of a team of patient care champions ready to assist with customized care to suit each individuals needs. Examples of services include concierge errand running to the grocery store, driving to hair cut appointments, shopping, transporting patients to doctor appointments, weekly wellness checks, calendar reminders, medication refill reminders, assistance with billing discrepancies, calling to schedule appointments, light housekeeping tasks, dog walking and more.
All of us at Errand Boy will lead with listening first, giving consistent empathy, and hustling each day to leave the client with positive, impactful results and peace of mind. During the service we will provide opportunities to build companionship, friendly conversations and motivation.

The inception of Errand Boy is an inspiring story of passion and determination. It all began with a deeply personal experience while our founder was taking care of his wife following childbirth. This 12-year experience of patient care advocacy ignited a passion in him for helping others navigate the complexities of the healthcare system by managing medication and other care management services for patients.

Through years of hands-on experience and continuous learning, we understand the challenges and obstacles individuals face when seeking medical care, and we provide compassionate support every step of the way.
We have found Seniors value their freedom and independence to continue with all daily activities. As we age, people have found they need an extra hand and support to stay healthy, active and productive each week. Proactively setting up care early is important for safety.
